Time of delivery
Merchandise in stock will normally be delivered within one week from order date. Periods when we have a lot of orders, it may take a bit longer. If you order a product that is not in stock, we will revert to you by mail or phone about time of delivery. If your merchandises have different delivery dates, you can choose if you want a part delivery or if you prefer all your items to be delivered at the same time.

Deliveries within Sweden
Smaller packages are usually supplied by mail and bigger packages by DHL. When ordering your products, you choose how you prefer your items to be delivered.

Deliveries outside Sweden
At the moment we are not able to handle orders with delivery outside Sweden through our web shop. If you want your order to be delivered outside Sweden, please contact us by mail or phone: We will be glad to assist you.

If you do not your pick up your package
You will always get a reminder if your package not is collected. If you do not pick up your package in due time, it will be sent back to our warehouse. To cover our costs for the non-collected goods, you will be charged for the delivery costs.

Delivery cost
The delivery cost within Sweden is 79 SEK. Purchases over 1.000 SEK are delivered to
you free of charge. For orders outside Sweden, please contact us for prices and assistance.
